Charged £70.37 for insurance that I didn’t ask for. Have been on to ombudsmen and bank, I will drag them through the courts where they belong. Nothing but rip off merchants , please don’t even ring them it will cost you £70 at least for nothing.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with car insurance. Never in my life have I had as many problems with insurance than with OneQuote Direct. To top it all off a member of their staff told the finance company i was deceased!! Shocking customer service!

Charge you 3-4 times as much for car insurance than the actual under writer charge you direct ,I find this quite alarming and dicraceful money before customers ,robbing people right under your nose ,I’m taking this matter alot further ,name and shame company’s like this ,company’s like this should be banned and investigated
