Fantastic customer service. Purchased dining chairs from this company and, unfortunately, one chair was damaged. Whenever we have ordered furniture, it has been delivered very quickly. The owner is very friendly and professionally, and always provides a good service. Price are also reasonable too!

Had my 2 sofas delivered today 1/3/16 they are absolutely great what a good buy ,they are two buoyant sofas well worth the wait and the money that I paid for them highly recommend them. I must say a big thank you to the two delivery men that fetched them they did a brilliant job well done.

Bought a bed & mattress less than a year ago. Mattress terrible quality, beds frame not much better. Contacted them a couple of times…. Staff are dishonest and unhelpful… Don’t buy from Furniture Direct. Would not recommend to a friend!!

Great service and bargain product from Furniture direct. The slight issue I had with the item was quickly resolved. Half the price of Benson for Beds for the same product under a different name.

Very pleased – purchased an item for £280 and the exact same item is retailing in a national chain for £649. A phone call a week before delivery and the day before delivery. Good old fashion service!

Beware, this company advertise products for sale as “in stock”. However, I queried the 4-5 week delivery lead time to be told it was five weeks as they have none in stock. Clearly doesn’t understand the term MISREPRESENTATION!

Nasty cheap quality… Bought a bedframe and mattress and just after 12 months the bedframe broke and I’m already having to get a new set.
