I took my needle and blood phobic 15 year old son in for his first blood test today. He started to panic, but the phlebotomist was absolutely amazing with him, calmed him down and made the whole experience much less daunting for him. Everyone are so helpful and friendly, not so busy as other hospitals, they seem to have more time to explain things.
