Dreadful. Customs charges paid on a Thursday, with promise of delivery on Friday. It’s now Tuesday, and only form of contact is automated phone line. I’m completely powerless. These people clearly have a deathwish on themselves – all I can hope for is a speedy fulfilment of that wish. They shouldn’t be in business any more.

We’ve been using Parcelforce for the last 6 months and I can honestly say that the staff are pleasant, polite and helpful and our parcels have been delivered within 2 days and in the condition (good) that we handed them over. We’ll done Parcelforce.
