unreal service staff amazing, supportive in the bad time of our poor bunny final day, £110 at seaham vet £28.50 here so i paid full price and will continue to fund this charity with donations moving forward, id rather pay the full bill and more than be robbed by a so called local vet, well done and keep up the amazing work guys

The staff were very good at the Sunderland Branch. My only complaint is that the opening hours are incorrect! It states 9-12 Saturdays and this is not the case they are CLOSED. This could mean life or death for a pet. It needs correcting urgently!

Always the best service every time

I had to give my mate of 15 years his last sleep and the staff were very kind and compassionate. They were a great comfort and gave me advice on getting ‘ossie’ cremated and getting his ashes. Forever grateful

You may have to wait a while but you can spend the time looking at a wide variety of pets and maybe talking to their owners. Once you are seen, so long as you qualify (ie claim Housing Benefit), you get amazing service.
Best to avoid 1-2pm as lots of staff on their lunch break
