Unfortunately we’ve had to claim twice now for our little cat (he’s a terror). Both times the experience has been so easy and hassle free. There was no having to fight to get the claim settled, it was all just taken care of. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

Pet Protect are a fabulous insurance company. My dog has had epilepsy for over 5 years now. They always pay out on time with no hassle.
I would highly recommend this company to any pet owner.

So far so good, I’ve had two claims for my 2 years old Labrador for accidents and they have paid really quickly, one of these was paid direct to the vet. Also you can call a vet nurse for advice if you are unsure if you need to visit the vet, I hadn’t realised Pet Protect offered this service but so good to know x

Been with Pet Protect for about three years now covering our latest dog “Charlie” Sadly Charlie developed behaviour / anxiety problems and is now on long term medication. We put a claim in to cover his medication and Pet Protect were very co-operative and are now covering the cost of that medication.

My Gordon Setter has ongoing health problems regarding fitting. He is on permanent medication and this is covered by Pet Protect. They treat my claims very promptly and I would recommend them to any pet owner.

I’d highly recommend Pet Protect. My dog has an ongoing health condition and they have always been quick to respond and process claims so it takes a big worry away. Much easier to deal with than other insurers.

Received a £30 voucher to sign up with petprotect – however, on applying they flagged my dog’s age (10 years) – they don’t insure dogs who are “too old”. I wish the leaflet had said this at the start. This is a company who is frankly, ageist.

Your website is really poor. It should be straightforward and it is not. If my other dog was not covered by yourselves and I have been very satisfied when I had problems, I would have moved on to another company. The telephone line agent was very good.

We have had no concerns with Pet Protect. I have used them for the last 3 years and have made a few claims for my dog. They have been easy to deal with and the process is very quick. It is easier to communicate to them via email.

Premiums jumped up quite significantly over the years so I had to shop around and found I could get very similar lifetime cover at less than half the price. They didn’t try and keep my business or offer cheaper premiums, just cancelled from renewal date. So no point in being loyal to this company, wouldn’t use again.
