Due some recent bad weather I had leaky roof in my top floor flat. I called the repairs team and a nice young lady named Maria? Was very helpful and sympathetic to my needs. She kept me updated on my repairs schedule and the issue was sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Maria

They have been overcharging my rent and when I questioned it they kept withholding information from me. They finally said they would refund the difference after I officially complained, But have been putting it off for months. I still have not received my refund. Withholding money is financial abuse. Appaling behaviour and management.

Terrible. Their handling of repairs is atrocious, as bad or worse than anything I’ve experienced in the private rented sector. Their complaints procedure is just a whitewash.

O stars, Hackney Council really need to look at where they invest their money, very sloppy!
