The staff are really good, have had everything I need every time I’ve visited for my puppy with the exception of crate covers, which they do online. Shame they’re not in store as I bought the crate there 3 days ago.

It’s a nice welcoming shop although as with most pet shops, they do give out incorrect care information for animals such as guinea pigs and rabbits. Outside of that it is always clean, the animals are looked after better than most pets at home stores and they are always happy to help

Went to purchase a biorb (fish tank) as it stated on their website that they told them, but, guess what doesn’t have any. You have to order online!!! You can purchase fish but not all tanks are sold here.

Not great have taken my dog here about 4/5 times £48 every time an not a lot of treatment offered , took her to pdsa as was entitled to help an the checks she had was far more extensive , the meds she was given have given her a new lease of life , so won’t take her to pets at home again, very disappointed .

Helpful staff, good choice of products. When I order online the delivery is always quick and easy. Great discounts and returns policy if you have a fussy eater for a pet! They also raise money and take donations for a local dog charity which I like and sometimes donate food, treats etc. too.

We came here before getting our puppy to ensure that we were properly prepared. Laura was absolutely amazing and helped us get everything we needed for the new pup to settle in perfectly whilst also answering the large amount of questions myself and my family had to ask! Thank you so much 🙂

Always happy to help and carry out large bags of food very clean. Prices I feel are slightly expensive but other then that plenty of range. They also provide water for your dogs… Always a plus.

Store has absolutely everything you could possibly need and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I have always had at least 6 pets; Cats, dogs, parrots etc and have never needed to go anywhere else. The staff are so nice, it’s never a chore going here.
