The family planning clinic is absolutely ridiculous. They OPEN at 7pm but start turning people away at that time if they reach their “maximum capacity”. You would think it would be easier for people to go here if they work full time, think again.

Family Planning Clinic – Awful! No appointments and the worst receptionist ever, her name is Arlene Millar, rude, unpleasant, so necessary this kind of behaviour. Customers service apparently skill which is not required from NHS staff.

Had a blood test this morning at 8am. Nurse was totally amazing. On time, welcoming and I literally didn’t feel a thing. Thank you for your kindness.

I worked here and parking was a nightmare, no air conditioning either. Can’t comment on the hospital itself.
