I love this Primark. Probably the biggest one. It has variety of choices, sizes and new items. The staff are helpful. The store has toilet, place to sit while waiting for shower which includes charging area. Queue at tills can be quit long during busy hours.

I really like going to this store. Got us Americans this is like Target and TJ Max combined. Prices are low compared to other department stores. Clothing is good quality and prices are reasonable for the quality you get. If you are looking to purchase a luggage then this is your place. Bang for the buck.

Got a few clothes I liked, but the store was so hot and sweaty, they really need to get some Aircon to make it more comfortable with how busy the shop is. Also you need to hire more checkout staff, 20 minutes wait to checkout is not acceptable if you want customers to spend money here.

Very disorganized. The area of underwear and night wear was much more appealing and organised when it was on the top floor.
Also apparently at the tilt you now have to empty your own shopping bag ( first time I was asked to do this). Maybe opt to put self check out

This is a Massive Primark shop, with a variety of items you don’t see in the smaller branches. From clothing to accessories to shoes to makeup, to household items you name it, to kiddies, men women it’s a one stop shop. This particular branch on oxford street is always loaded to the teeth. Always a beautiful experience

U could really get some good deal here especially Guys suit which is about 40b onwards. Quite a comprehensive place for the whole family to get their clothing in one place. Well thought after.

They offer a lot of cheap stuff over three floors. The layout is quite spacious. They had some Disney shirts and pullovers. Queueing took quite a while. Around 15 minutes. But it was on a Sunday. So that might be expected.
It’s not my kind of market. You’ll get what you pay for.

Is it me, or has the quality of clothing become as low as the Primark shopping experience? The ladies “sizes” are everywhere. Shopping in the men’s department is the only sane part of visiting any Primark.

Not as busy as I expected for a Primark in London but still offered a great range at decent prices. Bought myself a nice rucksack to replace my broken sports bag here and aside from the queue at checkout, had a great experience here.

Overcrowded and an uncomfortable shopping experience. All the clothes were a mess and super long queues to pay. The choice of clothes is fine but not the best.

Clothes are at reasonable price with wide variety of collections which are apt for the season. Can get busier at times especially for the queue at the billing.
