Very average. Checked in quickly & efficiently but when we went to collect our vehicle there was a long queue & only one stressed member of staff on duty. Bus trip to the terminal took around 30 minutes on the return leg. Will pay the extra next time & do meet and greet. Much easier.

Very professional park up and the buses are frequent and quick to the terminals.they pick up from each terminal too only waited a few minutes for the bus to pick us up. Used these guys several times. They are reasonably priced and the parking and collection process is very efficient. On a recent trip I returned two days late and it was just a case of paying the extra fee on collection. No penalties which was nice

They have decent prices for Heathrow parking. Overall I liked the service, but the frustrating thing is the bus services T2, T3 and T5 in that order. This means that after being picked up at T2, you go on a small tour of Heathrow airport before getting dropped off at the parking, which takes a good 30 mins.

Used this 3rd party company for parking at Stansted. Made a mistake on my booking and paid for a week more than I needed. Purple Parking won’t issue a refund or voucher. If I had booked with Stansted direct they could have refunded. Don’t use these 3rd party dodgepots, go direct in case of any curveballs.

I received a penalty charge notice from Ealing Council because of this company. The driver performed an illegal uturn on Tentelow Lane when taking my car to park up and it has cost me £65.

Terrible experience. The buses do not run on time and when the do come to pick you up they are full and you have to wait for another. A huge waste of money and time. DO NOT BOTHER booking with this company.

A nice idea but the shuttle is too infrequent. Whilst the shuttle ride itself is no more than 10 minutes, they don’t tell you that the buses only operate every 30. A lot of waiting around at the terminal if you just miss one. Will probably use an alternative in future.

Very easy to use it’s about a 20 min bus ride to the terminal, the bus is provided we didn’t have to wait long at all at either end, when you collect the car it’s nice and easy and not a long walk.

Great location near the airport. Found it easy to drop the car off and give in the keys. A bus service then takes you to the airport. Absolute joke. You put your reg in at booking and it give you a price. You get to the car park and then find that vans, even small ones like my Nissan nv200 are an extra 25 per day. No time to go anywhere else before flight so you have to pay. Disgusting behaviour. No reason and need for it.

The price for Gatwick Purple Parking for a 9 day stay was until recently approx £73. It is now £125. The price now charged is much much more than their examples. I have used Purple Parking several times before but it seems now it is a rip off. Also no contact telephone number so you cannot talk to a human.

Came back from my holiday to find a warning light on my dashboard, the car window open, and a huge grease stain on my back seat. They’d obviously been using my car in my absence. All told, about £200 to fix. Never using again.

You need to upgrade your directions to T5 at Heathrow. You reference to follow the Avis signs, but these no longer exist. We had to exit the car park 3 times, at considerable cost, before we found the right place to drop off our car.

Competitively priced. Easy drop off and regular buses to and from the airport. Our car was waiting for us just outside the office, under cover, so despite the pouring rain we didn’t get wet. Very happy and would use again.
