I have been flooded twice I now have mould growing especially in kitchen units. I had to move out due to this problem because of my health issues until the work had been resolved the last flood was in January and we are now in March and still no work has been done. No duty of care to their tenants

Run a bit like a cottage business, not much of a clue about their own housing stock. Avoid if disabled.
