Easy to deal with. Reasonable prices. And when we had a medical problem while traveling my husband was seen and all paperwork was handled by the hospital urgent care clinic and Globelink. It took the stress out of our trip. I highly recommend Globelink.

Following an accident while on holiday, Globelink was extremely efficient in getting me home and taking care of the bills incurred in the country where I was on holiday. They also phoned me regularly and kept me updated on what they were doing. Their staff were very pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very happy with renewing and policies available as well as customer service for enquiries. However, after several years we have not claimed so cannot say how Globelink performs. It was this part that failed us with other companies.

I didn’t speak to anyone as the website was very easy to navigate and told me everything I needed to know. Price was great too compared with some others who don’t offer as much cover but charge much much more.

It was necessary this year to renew our annual worldwide travel via phone rather than online. The process was very straightforward, professional and personal.

Transparent website with sensible rates of cover. Rapid response, very professional. I was disappointed by the imposition of a £250 excess after an operation to mend a broken humerus.

I bought a policy and needed to change the dates of my trip and they changed the policy dates within an hour of my request without any hassle whatsoever. Brilliant service.

I did have some difficulty finding my way around the website and so ended up booking the wrong product for me.
However, I was happy that my money was immediately refunded with help to find what I needed.

Although I have never had to make a claim with Globelink, I have always found them very helpful with regard to existing health conditions , and their site is easy to use.
