nice gym with good facilities however memberships are very expensive and seems quite understaffed aswell, the weights are also limited aswell as the amount to machines available to use, they could expand the gym to build more squat racks or cable machines

Great local swimming pool and fitness centre currently being renovated.. Still open and works due to finish December 2019.

Clean gym and pool was completely empty midday on a Saturday. Lady on the front desk was very friendly and let us in to look around. Will update the review once I’ve signed up but first impressions are good! Not sure what the parking …

Total renovation, massive improvement on before. Can get busy so chose times carefully but brand new equipment makes it worth the trip

Absolutely loved here, all clean and the service is great!

Pretty good, but the poop feels like it’s a time warp to 1991! The rest of the building is modern, but the pool is really dated and it’s cold, too cold for very small kids, my 5 year old was shivering after 10 mins and doesn’t have adequate steps other than a ladder in the corner of main pool making it hard to get into training pool.

Great swimming pool friendly staff

Excellent facilities, helpful staff. What more is needed? Oh and the car park is very close by ,as is an excellent café!

The pool itself is very clean, the staff are friendly and the gym is well equipped. Only complaint I could have is the the pool is a couple of degrees too cold.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice viewing area of the pool. I don’t use the gymn but looks good. Always clean and tidy. Car park nearby.

After the recent use, the changing rooms feel new and clean. The pool is great for adult lane swimming in the mornings and there is a fun family time with balls and floats. There is a strong offering of quality swim lessons for children, but they fill up quickly.

Great swimming lessons. Nice pools. Changing rooms a little small especially considering how many children have lessons all at the same time. Website not comprehensive… Would be helpful if could book lessons or at least see lesson times and stages online.

We only used the pool, seemed very clean, there is a large pool and a child pool, kids love it especially with the music playing, you have to book a slot now, which worked well

The refurbishment looks great. Lots more space now! Risborough has needed this for a long time! Staff are always happy to help and the facilities are fab now!

Impossible to get swimming session with children, seem to be very few sessions throughout the week that allow smaller children. Have enquired previously about lessons, but get sent around the houses so eventually gave up.

Very, very friendly people and great little 25m pool for early morning laps whilst visiting the area. Everyone in the pool has great lane etiquette too. Nice place.

The closest swimming pool to me so I use it regularly and take my 2 year old. Simple set up with great variety in the pool programme. Pool isn’t always the cleanest.

Very good facility with great promotions on membership. Only let down is communication and information lack of times for pool and prices for merchandise available are criminal.

Run by a bunch of kids. No processes. Never ever had a call back from a swim teacher after trying to books kids on swim classes. (9 times now) No notification your child’s swim classes need extending until they drop off the register and another child has taken their place.

Lovely receptionist, very helpful & a great service offered with the free 5 day trial. Website isn’t the best as timetables don’t always load but the staff are helpful & polite.
