Britelite offered a very professional and helpful service from the survey right through to the final installation. We had a new front door and new French doors fitted. The staff were able to answer all of my questions and the installer did a very good job on the day. I would recommend Britelite for any similar jobs.

Moved into house with Britelite windows and conservatory fitted some years before. Quality very poor when compared to windows in our old house fitted by others. Doors difficult to open, seals between glass and PVC failing, handles broken etc.

All I can say is don’t deal with Ray apparently he knows nothing about the problem or it’s the first he’s heard about it, definetly one unhappy customer.

Met a lovely lady on there stand at the Sandown Park show recently to book in a visit and quote. Cocky geezer type guy calls up re the visit and doesn’t even turn up. Claims he made a voicemail after I told him about a drain. I dont even have voicemail. Massive shame as have 35-40k to spend on our project. AVOID these upvc cowboys

After having a large conservatory fitted by Britelite 5 years ago which has proven to be excellent addition to the property we decided to use Britelite again for the windows and front door to be replaced , again another good decision as the work carried out was again up to their very high quality workmanship and excellent product .
