Write a ReviewPhoned the offices at 9.44 this morning spoke to a lovely lady about a larder fridge that had been flytipped outside of my elderly fathers house last week, she said she would arrange for it to be collected and it was by 12.00 excellent service and one very relieved 92yrs old gentleman

Found a dead fox in my garden. Reported it at 4.00 p.m. and the chap had picked it up by 9.30 the following morning. Can’t fault that service. They don’t always get things right, but none of us are perfect!
Phoned multiple times waiting 25 minutes each time and still no answer. Appalling customer service which gets worse every year.
Allowing housing to be built where it should not be. Allowing building companies to disrupt lives of locals all in the name of profit.

A good Council which has been a pleasure to deal with in respect of planning and associated matters – I like the Rochford District – everybody who lives there seems to be happy anyway !

They have erased English as a Nationality on the Electorial survey, it seems you can be anything else in England ,but not English .
