Having broken my wrist in a skating accident I attended A&E. The quick and efficient care was second to none, the team were amazing. I had my follow up today at the fracture clinic and again the care was exemplary. Running ahead of schedule for my 9.40 appointment was re-plastered, re-xrayed and home within 90 minutes!

Absolutely shocking attitude by a member of staff in the Breast & Symptomatic RAS (triage). They lacked compassion and empathy when speaking on the phone and quite frankly if they’re unable to be sympathetic and speak to people with respect they shouldn’t be in the job. If I could give no stars I would!

My wife and I have both had Blood Tests taken at RHCH this week.
We have to say the service is ACE with very helpful and efficient Staff. What a magnificent transformation from the previous set-up where waiting times were for ever and the waiting room was full of coughing millions. Full marks – well done!
