Useless They administer claims for emergency cover for Nationwide. Reported an issue and heard nothing then called and waited 2 hours for an answer and got told they have people waiting a week for an engineer. Why does Nationwide keep using these useless clowns.

I work for an insurance broker. RSA have an incredibly complicated IVR system and very long hold times. The products they provide and the service they provide (once you get through) is very good. However they need to streamline there IVR and improve response time.

I was very happy with my experience with this company.
Pet insurance price goes up significantly every year with no reason given. Spoke to them this year and asked them not to auto renew, they took the payment anyway. Really disappointed.
Very helpful assisted me with my query and cancelled one of my policies without any grief.
