Wouldn’t uphold a claim when my front door collapsed as if it hadn’t it would have had to be broken by a locksmith hypothetically eventually. Customer service rep said I should have stopped “using the item” before it broke. The item being the sole access to my dwelling. Rip off merchants

I work for an insurance broker. RSA have an incredibly complicated IVR system and very long hold times. The products they provide and the service they provide (once you get through) is very good. However they need to streamline there IVR and improve response time.
