Have ordered from White Rose Tools many times and have always been happy with the delivery times and customer service. I recently had to warranty a tool and they had the replacement delivered to me in a couple of days. Couldn’t recommend more.

Bought a battery hedge trimmer from them – body, battery & charger. The battery/charger lasted the grand total of 1 year. I must’ve used it barely a dozen times. Very poor quality. Emailed them a month ago – still waiting for a reply.
