Another useless council building all they have is a locked door with covered in useless number’s that leave you wishing you hadn’t bothered. You would be better starting at the citizens advice bureau and working back from there. Waste of a building in my opinion

(Updated 18/10/17) They have money for fancy new stone and slate for their office but nothing to help tenants whose homes are no longer habitable or safe (despite stating in their tenancy agreement that they do).
