Abrupt and boarder-line rude staff. Absolutely no interest in helping vulnerable and elderly people. Happy to coast and draw a wage by doing the absolute minimum amount of work.
OT department is absolutely disgusting! Don’t care about housing people with disabilities under 55 years of age. The OT housing woman Karen Cunningham is rude and disrespectful

Boiler showing error E133, reported the fault, Enigneer out with 1 hour and repaired it……… Excellent service

As long as they’re getting their rent they couldn’t care a less. Service is a joke.Always passing the buck and the streets are an absolute disgrace. Hope they pay my vets bills if my dog gets injured off the amount of glass around.

Can’t get any help at all, it’s a joke shop. Water pouring through the plastic box on the wall instead of the shower head. No light in the kitchen as I’m not able to buy this weird Led light bulb.always 10min wait on the phone no matter how long you’re hanging on for.
Incompetent council means an incompetent service. Absolute ridiculous waits for services and repairs and the properties are absolutely disgraceful in presentation and overall for living in. It’s like service and careless property care in a 2nd or 3rd world country, except it’s in England.
Waited since February for my account to got live everytime I think they done they want more information I know there was the lock down but has been nearly 7 months and they asking for more information all of whick was photo copied in February and at least three times since then it’s as if nobody knows what they doing.
