Awful experience with SWW! We haven’t had access to water in over 24 hours! They have been doing works outside of our property for a few days and now we have no water! After calling numerous times they still haven’t sent anyone out! How they can leave us without water for 2 days is unacceptable!!

South West Water are a total disgrace. Deliberately pouring raw sewage into the rivers and coastal areas of the South West, blatantly putting profit over safety whilst paying their shareholders and CEO massive amounts of money is tantamount to a crime

No water, no information, no assistance, and no telephone number. SWWA don’t care about looking after their customers. Perhaps, they may do so in working hours, but loss of water tends to be avproblem when people are at home in the evenings, when no help is available.

Hosepipe ban? It’s the 21st century there should be no need whatsoever for a hosepipe ban, the only reason we are having hosepipe bans is because instead of spending money on infrastructure and making sure it doesn’t leak away you give it away in bonuses, time for nationalisation I think.

Definitely don’t dump raw sewage

Just awful. They have a policy of concerted lying and regularly try to pass off their own policies as law. Avoid if you can, but contact Ofwat at the first sign of trouble if you can’t.

Their engineers are very verbally abusive in public they park on private land in private allocated parking spaces to properties they are NOT WORKING at and they employ engineers like this that are not the best it is not surprising they have bad feedback and not brilliant rating.

Workers are arrogant and rude.. the office staff are useless, you get a different answer from everyone you speak to. Perfect example of why the UK’s infrastructure is a mess.

Very helpful staff. We have a water leak and are struggling to read the water met er in the street so they are sending an engineer to find out where the leak is. Five star service!!

We received first class customer service (from Ilze). Such a high level of service is unusual these days.Very impressed!

Headquarters of South West Water. Very nice company to work with; take customer satisfaction vey seriously. The building is equipped with a huge solar array.

Closing time states 8pm but ring them to find it closes at 6pm thanks for letting us know that’s great customer service.
