Very good hospital, it’s private but well worth it, my dad basically became crippled and no NHS doctors would help. He went private, and these surgeons gave him his life back. He’s walking and living life as normal again.

If you have to go to hospital I can’t recommend the Spire Alexandra highly enough. The hospital itself is more homely than ‘clinical’ which promotes a more relaxed and comfortable environment than some of the newer hospitals I’ve attended …

Paid for consultation for my child for a rash on his skin. The diagnosis was inaccurate and the prescribed medication was wrong. Expected better standards considering the money I paid for 15 minutes.

Staff not very friendly especially reception staff, felt like it was a chore rather than a service being provided.
Scan procedure was ok though.

Went today to have an MRI scan the staff were so caring and reasurring really made me feel calm and looked after.
