Due to my phones internet not being the greatest I went to the council offices to apply for council tax reduction and homelink. The lady on the reception desk was very helpful and friendly and I managed to get everything done in one session. Free parking for 90 minurs too. Appalling customer service. Even when you genuinely try to explain a situation I found no one reasonably listens. S Green was most unhelpful. You would expect more care to be taken to people living or visiting the area. Really disappointed in West Suffolk Council.

Very very poor decissions. Parking fine with completly faded where disabled lines and text used to be to distinquish the area and they completly disregarded what I had to say. Enjoy the £35, will never park there again and I hold this company very low.

This council is incompetent & unprofessional, it takes ages to get through to departments, & half the time the staff do not know details they should, are lazy about coming back to you if necessary, & you can be kept on the phone for ages before anyone answers.
