It was my first order. I called them twice to find out status of my order. I was to send them copy of my card at the end i was told my money has been refunded without telling any reason. No email, no phone call, just cancel my order. no wonder why people buy from AMAZON. Such waste of time.

I’ve used them for years. Never had a problem. Maybe I’m just lucky. If I did have a problem their prices would probably make up for any poor service but I’ve never had poor service. I’ve certainly used them for more than 10 years.

Used a company credit card to pay for the order to be delivered next day and they wanted me to send a photo of the card and send via email! I said I wasn’t happy to do this and they cancelled my order. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Ordered a standard desk through UK Office Direct, very basic order and it was delivered without fixings, was fairly impossible to screw up. Wouldn’t buy from again.
