Recently had an order cancelled by ASOS telling me the item was out of stock. To my surprise I checked the item on their website to find out that the item wasn’t out of stock and in-fact they had put the price of the item up by £4.. so my order was cancelled so ASOS could raise the price!!!
I have tried contacting asos and it’s impossible to speak to a person via email or call them. Their website says the only way to do it is refund the order, for which they say I ONLY HAVE TO PAY $22.40. Absolute scam. If you place an order to the UAE you will be charged 35 GBP for “customs charges” which they won’t tell you about before you place an order. No other online shopping site does this and the UAE customs do not charge this amount. DO NOT FALL for this scam.
