Dreadful. Customer services don’t seem provide a service to customers after calling for a repair after a major leak from a window that was reported years earlier, took 3 weeks of emails and phone calls before this was acknowledged and repaired. Rat infested. Refuse to do anything about them, telling tenants the rats are “not their problem”. Not dealing with electricity problems due to rats gnawing at the wires in the walls and floorboards. Absolute disgrace of a housing association.
Couple days ago, I nearly witnessed a fatal accident where a pedestrian could get killed. Ignorant van driver from this company obstructed other drivers view of pedestrian crossing, by parking on zig zags. All because he needed to go to a corner shop.
Absolutely horrendous organisation. Frankly a bunch of liars and bullies.

Charged acct and never received item. An investigation was done and was told it is a suspicious company.

Office is up stairs. Can be hard to get to see the person you need to.
