Very good service on broadband

Came to the store to sort out mobile broadband the staff weren’t only very efficient and knowledgeable, but treated me and my partner like family, very impressed!

Bought two Nokia 2.4 for Xmas presents for my kids when I tried setting them up one was not working. Less than a week later and they would not replace or refund the money because I misplaced my recipe as they where ment to be Xmas presents. Left with a 120 pound Stirling paper weight

The staff in this shop are soo great. I went in with my five year old son and they made him feel so special while i was busy sorting out my new phone.

Always pushing sales of insurance which is unwanted. Staff will tell you to take it and cancel it. You still get a bill for this. Staff are targeted to sell extra products which are pushed on every customer for this store to gain more sales.

Called in today for advice on upgrading my phone and was talking with one of the sales assistants, Stephen, who explained all the options open to me and was really patientp helpful, efficient and a genuinely nice person. Thanks Stephen!

Never answer their shop phone and when you call into the store they give out wrong information constantly.
