Arranged a viewing 2 weeks before just to be told that the viewing is not confirmed.
Also, they put a property for sale that was not even mortgageable. Took me 3 months to figure out. I would avoid these agents in the future.

Everything was fine until it came to receiving the tenancy deposit back, i have probably reminded them 10+ times, 4 months have now passed.

Completed a few deals with them now and all has been good. A friendly professional team.
