I was ignored on entering this store. I am Asian so suspect I wasn’t white and Home Counties enough- another couple who did fit into that demographic were getting served adequately so I think if you look the part, they will help you. Otherwise not.

Disappointed with quality of Matt paint which showed up every hand mark – I don’t think any paint should be this delicate. Have to repaint walls and then never touch them (which seems ridiculous) or buy a different paint. Didn’t get a satisfactory solution from store.

And yet again terrible experience from F&B Marylebone. And you would think that for the price they are charging the people working there will be nice! Such a bad service! I wish I wouldn’t have bought from them to begin with…but now for every small fix I need to go there again. Nightmare! Avoid!

Great service from start to end

Beautiful shop, not so beautiful service. We felt as if we bothered the curator of the Tate modern for colour advice.
