I have contacted the Tewkesbury Hospital where several penguins were passed from a handler wearing latex gloves and a plastic apron, to vulnerable patients; how is that a natural environment for the penguins? …

Want to say a massive thank you to the staff at the hospital. i can’t remember the specific lady that looked after me but she was great for my procedure thismorning. comforted me when i needed it and made sure i was okay 24/7

Went for day surgery on 9/12/22 and the team were great, couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Many thanks to Gemma, Gwen, Dawn and Tracey for making it a great experience.

Apparently Minor Injuries do not deal with Asthma attacks so if your struggling to breathe don’t go there

Really can’t fault this place. Easy parking, conveniently located next to the town center to get things for my relation when needed but more importantly the quality of care and support from staff is exemplary! Thank you so much for your support.

I had a cataract operation here 8 June 2021 and found the staff – both the nursing and Medical staff were fantastic! The facilities are fantastic and like a modern “cottage” hospital. Very friendly, very clean, super-caring and Covid-careful. Thank you to all concerned! You’re a star!

Disappointed. Was booked in for an X-Ray but when I arrived they said the person who was meant to be doing them was off sick. No pre warning about this whatsoever. I had to book time off work and pay for parking. I know these things happen but a simple phone call or even a text would have been appreciated.

For a small cottage hospital this is awesome. Their minor injuries team are fantastic. Far better than that of the larger hospitals in the area.

Might be a nice place, but whilst playing in childrens play area was actually asked to wait outside due to noise!!!!! Hello people 2 yr olds make noise, dont want noise dont except children and dont have a play area, we had to wait outside in the cold!!!!! Disgusting!!!!

i had a medical emergency and was asked by 111 to visit this hospital. they refused to see me (with attitude) because i was not a local resident (i work locally). I would give 0 stars if it were possible

Absolutely wonderful care and treatment when having a cataract operation yesterday.

In and out in an hour and 20mins inc x-rays. Fantastic nurse and x-ray lady. Well done guys.

Had a operation today I was very impressed with all the staff. Very professional and cheerful.

There brand new ward is closing that money could of been spent on better shops for town compared to that new one that is opening soon.
