Top agents, reply and action repairs sometimes within 24 hours, give adequate notice of any work being done to the block or changes to the rents. They have got my keys out of the lift shaft in 24 hours, i mentioned spare fobs and I got 3 in the post two days later. Too bad some tenants make their job harder.
