Placed an order on Sunday asked if I wanted to upgrade for next day delivery, said yes and paid accordingly. Now I am told it is express delivery which is 2-3 days. Don’t order from this company. Terrible customer service. Purchased the Livington Prime hoover. €179. Not half as powerful as advertised. Broke after just under a year. Wouldn’t do anything for me as they used the only purchase date as the starting date for the warranty not the date I received it. Very disappointing.

The Product leaves marks on floor. I want to return it and the cost to return is actually prohibitive. I thought it was Thane Ireland, but upon query I have to return it to UK, which was very misleading as I bought it from Thane Ireland.

I have purchased the twist and shape from them thru amazon the box came open and it was missing a part contacted them without any positive feedback lucky it was purchased to amazon and they solved my problem the reviews on the site don’t seem genuine…stay away from this company

Do not use thane. There customers service’s are appalling. Disabled customer parcel left in the street.
