Not an ideal housing agency..! Won’t recommend it for renting or buying houses from them. I am unfortunately being with them under rental contract since 4 years. They won’t do repairs especially with boiler in dead winter. I have spent 2 weeks with out hot water or heating
Main headquarters of 13 Housing in Middlesbrough. This is NOT a call-in centre for customers etc; that is located on North Ormesby Rd, approximately three-quarters of a mile away. Great location looking out onto redevelopment of Middlesbrough Dock, Middlesbrough College and Riverside Stadium.
After installing windows in my mother’s bungerlows,they said they would return to repair damaged plaster work, on a certain day,at a certain time. Didn’t show up. After being on hold for 40 minutes,I spoke to someone. When I complained about the phone wait time,he hung up on me. Dreadful service.
I was out of food due to cost of living and I went to thirteen at Hudson quay middlesbrough to find out if they still do food vouchers they went out of there way to get me one the staff where brilliant

2½ weeks with no hot water and no heating with no repair in sight.
Very good customer service, polite and friendly staff. They dealt with my query quickly and efficiently.
proper useless took me son to end up in hospital to finally do repairs on my house cos of mould and damp for which i sent them photos and evidence and came out and said nothing we can do absolute tossers the company is.
