Staff not overly polite. Picking up online purchase in store still cost a lot of money and the paperwork and process was disorganised. They let me down with a delivery over Christmas too so I’ll not be back. There are better places to buy these days.

Very bad customer service . Over 4 times the items i order went out of stock and the shippings costs never refund. And its the most expensive shipping from all online sites. And the people in customer service they don’t want to hear your complaints!

I really don’t like how my teenage son was treated when trying on clothes. Tags checked to make sure they were still intact when he left the changing rooms. We were made to feel like we had done something wrong. Apparently everyone gets treated this way.

Was overly busy and messy with some members of staff being fairly rude and inconsiderate, the stock is good but the queue times were massive and I walked out after waiting half an hour for a pair of shoes that never came even after asking multiple times, poor service and system.

Asked a guy for help when he had a second. Glared at me and then clearly decided just not to come back and help.

I like their wide range of choice of footwear. Better than some other stores.

I love their collection. They have huge discounts on certain items.
