Large shop in the Arndale centre over three floors. Great choice and value on offer.

Good collection, trendy fashion, easy access, good pricing. One of my favorite places (Zara). They have some good sales going on post lockdown.
Measures put in place for safety. Always a good option for trends and style. You may have to stand in line for a little while. Heads up.

I used to love Topshop but now the cuts are very irregular. I find myself taking many of the same size item in to try and they can vary by quite a few inches when they should be pretty identical. There are virtually no petite leg jeans and the ones that are there are a size 4. There are often entire rails of just one size, it’s crazy!

Despite having a refurb and the potential of being beautiful the store is scruffy every time I visit. Nothing is tidy.. the VM team need to get on it. They want to try taking a tip from their London Oxford Street store (their flagship) and they might be see an increase in sales as we will want to buy things as they look nice.

At 5 to 8 got told the tills were closed. Got sent to two others tills. Didn’t seem bothered about turning away money until manager came along.
Till staff were really awkward. Talked to each other but not the customer.

Normally the place I go to for clothes however as I’m bigger than most guys it can be a struggle finding jeans that fit here. Other than that I’ll always come here for typical day to day wear.

Went with my daughter for her to get a dress but as she is pregnant nothing fitted !! Having said that great choice probably more suited to the younger shopper

Tried to buy clothes, went to the second floor. Person behind the till said ‘ these tills are closed and to go up stairs’ we went up stairs and there was a sign saying the tills were closed Togo to the 2nd floor. We put our shopping down and left. Awful.

I got served by Christina. She was rude and awkward with me at the till. The other staff were very helpful in assisting me to find what I wanted.

I love topshop but the sizing is a little off. Sometimes a size 10 top feels like a 6 but the quality is alright

Lovely items of clothing, on trend, however was a struggle to find the bigger sizes 16 and 18 on the racks.

No staff about ,rude when I finally found someone ,wish they would have a separate till for pick up in store and not combine it with returns and payments ,as there is nearly always one member of staff dealing with the whole queue

Topshop gets the same ratings as River Island and for the SAME reasons. It’s not enuff in this day and age to cater ONLY for Catwalk model sizes and shapes!

Gotta say the personal shopping department staff are so helpful & friendly. I luv the spacious layout & the fitting rooms..Glam *****

Poor customer service. You take an item to the till, price clearly marked, and they charge you 3x as much.

Clothes are fantastic, prices very sensible. Huge variety.

Amazing women’s stuff and nice changing rooms, expensive but worth it

Good sized store with a good range of products. Laid out well.

No staff around to help find anything and at till 3 staff were just chatting instead of trying to help any customers or to take money.
