Really bad exchange rate offering 1.02 Euros to GBP compared to everywhere else that offers 1.12 (at the moment) and tried to sell it as a good deal. Would highly recommend Thomas exchange on Kings Cross, much better deal and super friendly staff, really good website for click and collect as well.

Shocking exchange rates. I bought FX at LHR, was persuaded by the salesperson to take out £300, more than I had planned, and then when I changed it back at the Selfridges outlet I lost over £60. Don’t use them, they are tricksters! I asked about buy back in LHR but was told by the agent that it wasn’t available.

So impressed with the service here the other day.
