I run the Bedford Pub in Tunbridge Wells and have been applying for pavement licences and decking for outside the pub. For something that is not the easiest thing to do Trevor Horner from TWBC has been an absolute star in helping with the applications and who to apply to etc. Thank you A++++

No response…when I called I was told there’s a big queue to speak to council tax and I cannot be put through…told to call back the next day…No sense of urgency

Sick and tired of bin collections being so sporadic. Bins bring thrown once collected and not put back in the right place. Thursday; every food waste bin down my road not collected at all. This morning (Saturday) refuse lorry comes up the road, collects and empties one bin and then drives off! Crazy! Bring back Biffa!

Terrible customer service at the council tax department. Horrible attitude, completely unwilling to hear your circumstances, very ignorant and simply don’t care. I would have given 0 star if Google allowed.

William Benson needs to be fired. The Moomoo Clubrooms nightclub remains open despite countless violations of their license agreement. The town centre developments are an expensive mess, some of which will permanently blight the town for generations to come.

Extraordinary Council Tax prices for appalling service. Looking forward to the next council elections in May. Time for a change!

Disgusting!!!. How can this be happening??? I have no decent words for this, the photos say it all.

A rather brutal or severe looking building, make sure you swing by the town hall to have a look at its grand entrance on your way down mount pleasant.

I lived in many places in the country, tunbridge wells borough council is one of the worst.

Perfunctory customer service and poor record keeping.
