Very disappointed to read that UWE are still using rats for experiment purposes. In this day and age it’s really not necessary and this has been researched and proven.

Nursing staff, care staff and Doctors are excellent. It’s just a shame the Government doesn’t appreciate them and the service they offer dnough. Give ’em a payrise and invest in the NHS.

I had a lovely evening at Bristol University the last evening of term TB1. My taxi arrived early to begin the festivities, the teaching and learning as usual was mesmerising and the connecting taxi there awaiting my return.

How can you review a university in a pithy way? Bristol is a city university rather than campus based, and is part of the Russell Group (one down from Oxbridge). It’s a great city to be a student in but it depends on what you want to study, so go do some homework! It’s a Russell group university.

I’ve never been here, never been to UK at all, but I’ve always wanted to go here. Maybe because I used to tell my friends that my great great grandfather is from Bristol as a joke. I could’ve said London or Manchester, but I didn’t. I really hope I can come here some time.

Had a wander around the Royal Fort Gardens
My first time there. Much larger than I thought it would, with a mixture of lawns and shrubbery. Well laid out and not too busy, so easy to obey the social distancing signs. Will definitely be back.
