I’m student of the MSc CS, the course has material full of errors, the quality and level of service from the tutors can’t be worse. The students are trying to help themselves because tutors reply is terrible slow and wrong, not sure if they actually know of the topic.

Did my masters here and the experience was amazing. Just an excellent all/round experience and I actuallz learned a lot. The Biology department is especially good I think. The town is gorgeous and don’t get me started on the pubs! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Horrible experience, would never reccomend this university to anyone. Went on strike for 7 months and have the audasity to charge me for the courses they didnt even teach me. I absolutely hated my classes, teachers dont care, university staff doesnt care. Would never reccomend this univeristy to anyone. Go to the states.

Great university. Does exceptional exceptional research, has a large modern library and a top notch health sciences department.

The University of York has a very good Computer Science department and facilities. It has the two biggest artificial lakes in Europe. One in Heslington West and the biggest one in Heslington East. You can see a big diversity of ducks here.

Visited the central hall for the awesome Yorkshire Schools Dance Festival. It’s an excellent venue but the car parking is tricky.
