Drove 40 minutes to V12 for a pre-booked test drive and the car had a warning light which meant it couldn’t be driven. Would suggest to anyone else to ask them to go and check the car is fit before you also waste your time like we did. Also very limited customer parking on-site which isn’t ideal when space is so tight around new cars.

Very unprofessional, their reservations mean nothing, they will sell their car to another person regardless, and it’s normal for them to do this. They don’t even care to call even if you have an appointment and are planning to travel 50 miles. Just go with car giant, they would never do that.
