Do not use this company. Our landlady contracts them to service our boiler and carry out the gas safety certificate inspection. They are disorganised, frequently waste our time (with no real apology) and send sub-contractors to carry out inspections who treat tenants like second class citizens.

Not impressed with their customer service. Engineer lied about going into my loft following a leak and the director who dealt with my complaint defended the engineer and effectively called me a liar! Engineer was also a sleeze who has, according to him, “dated most of his ex-customers”!!! Will not be recommending or using again!!
