Please, do yourself a favour and use the Hazel Grove branch. The ‘service’ here really is horrendous, terribly slow. Went in today and there was plenty of staff chatting in the offices to the side but only one person serving behind the counter. Really poor!

Opened a help to buy ISA at the Vernon building society, they were very helpful. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m ready for a mortgage.
