Went in to upgrade my phone. Had a single payment left on my old handset and apparently the staff there are unable to deal with that so ended up standing out in the cold for half an hour while dealing with their cell centre over the phone. Eventually got the upgrade but the whole process felt like it was designed to be difficult.

Having problems with my phone connections went into the shop and they could not have been more helpful. A young man really went out of his way to make sure I was sorted! 5 star service!!
Been told that once you dial and hear the call ringing you start getting charged, regardless of whether anyone answers or not! And 36p for one second is outrageously out of order! Totally unfair and unbelievable.
