Got my compact 4 stage system for Christmas but I had some issues setting it up for the first flush with the carbon filter. Contacted Vyair and Sam diagnosed the problem and sent out a replacement part immediately which resolved the issue. Fantastic service, couldn’t recommend Vyair enough.

When my fairly new mixer tap needed a new aerator I sought advice from Vyair customer services. I was advised to buy a new gap!!! No help whatsoever with sourcing a spare part and no respect shown to me the customer. A very poor experience from what I had previously thought was a respected company. Would never return.

Bought a counter top RO unit, stopped working after about 6-7 months, the problem was diagnosed and fixed over the phone.
The person I spoke to was patient and knowledgable, great product and after sales service.

Despite not being able to find me a spare part for an airconditioning system they used to sell, they did try their best to help.
If I were to say anything – it is to buy equipment from a well-known name as future spare parts are more likely to be available.
