The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I was welcomed upon entering and helped right away. Customer service aside Dr. Marten’s boots are great quality product. I’m a huge fan of Doc Marten’s but the sales woman didn’t seem to want to make the sale. I wanted a particular size and she refused to let me buy what I wanted. Insisting that I needed a size twice as big.

Tried to save myself a trip by calling ahead to ask if they had my size in stock. No one answers the phone. Frustrating!!

Customer service sucks. Lily didn’t even acknowledge me or ask me for help. I had to go next door to Journeys to purchase my boots. Never go in if Lily is there. She is not nice
