Absolute joke of a place, should be closed down with immediate effect. Staff are unpleasant, in need of serious customer service training and management well……. how the person I spoke to got into that position god only knows.

These people are a joke if it’s not that Scott & co sending letters out now it’s this place it’s a bloody joke they pray on people who are on benefits and struggle to meet ends meet
