Constantly raising council tax while reducing services and introducing new charges for things like recycling

I was registering a death. The registrar was very nice and helpful.

Council tax up again for 2018 I now pay £120 a month . disgusting over 2 per cent for councils .the police over 6 per cent wages still very much stagnant .
