Useless pharmacy. They never pick up the phone, don’t order prescriptions/ medication on time (despite assurances that they will) and the staff have been rude. Needs and overhaul from top to bottom.

5 people working behind the pharmacy counter and still had to wait 20 mins to be served. No explanation given.

All the women that work at the counter are extremely helpful each time I come, they provide much more advice than my GP surgery. There is a young black lady with short hair who recently gave me thorough advice, she should be recognised for her service.

What a joke! Paid in advance for 2 flu shots here and whenever we go in to get the shots (with appointments), they’re “out of stock.” No possibility to reschedule as they don’t answer their phone. The staff is amazing, they saved my life more than once because of my GP’s mistakes on the prescriptions. I think I will change GP but I will keep the same pharmacy because the staff is really great.

The pharmacist sent me to emergency for a cut that only needed disinfecting. After 3 hours wait the doctor said the pharmacist should have helped. Very disappointing.
