I don’t think Covid helped but very difficult to reach anybody and information was last minute. 2 adjournments and was told they couldn’t find a judge. This was a domestic abuse case.

Very poor court house. Coming from outside of London I’m shocked how this operates. Phones are never answered. Emails get no response. Parking is good but no staff often to be found. Law is served fairly but administration let’s it down bad

Judge was not interested in child’s health or wellbeing disregarded the reports of child being in unsafe environment. Sent the infant back into the care of the perpetrator and told the biological parent to blatantly F’OFF.

this court was a shambles, there was no paperwork, no-one to help, was just told to sit down and wait.. cafcaas woman atrocious, new nothing as did the usher, who just basically stood there and said ‘i don’t know’ to everything. the whole thing was a disgrace. unfortunately will have to go back there, oh judge was an idiot as well…

A truly Horrible experience, the 3 judges were not interested nor had listened or considered any of the evidence put before them. The service was shocking and I am no closer to seeing my daughter. I hate the service and the judges that work there.

Worst court I believe. No reply to emails, no answer to phone calls. The only time you hear from them when they contact you to take fee.

Incompetent when the mistake is made by the court they hide behind lengthy processes and procedures and just want money-they are playing with children’s lives and their future. It’s sad and frustrating there’s nowhere and no one to turn to. Disgraceful.

Waited over 33 minutes and still no answer….poor service or completely understaffed…. other reviews reflect this service also…..

No organisation when we live in a world of communications. Understand its under funded but there must be a better way for our children.

For the last few years they have backlog . they dont answer and reply to your letters and email . you are lucky if they pick up the phone. if by chance they pick up the phone they dont know what to do about the case. disgusting enough. nightmere

Phone says pick an option between 5 different courts and not one option is a court as it just hangs up!? Pure corruption

The court order has been sent to the parties 2 months after the hearing. They just forgot to send it out. Shame on you, West London Family Court!!!

Beurocracy and horrible Bias to women.Takes 3 months to send Judgment after the case .
